Job Summary

We're looking for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to our service users. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Manual driving license is preferred, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with service users and colleagues.
