We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse leader to join our team as a Ward Manager for Alaw Ward in the Cancer Division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of in-patient care and will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient-centered care.
Main Duties of the Job
The post will involve:
- Providing exceptional leadership and management skills to enable a first-class service to the population of North Wales.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a team of nurses to provide high-quality care.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent up-to-date specialist clinical knowledge and skills.
- Post-registration qualification and experience at Band 6 or above.
- The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post.
