Land and Planning Opportunities at Constructive Moves

We are collaborating with a leading PLC housing developer to build homes and communities across the Hertfordshire region.

As a Land and Planning professional, you will play a key role in our team, working closely with our partners to identify and acquire suitable land for residential development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our development partners to understand their needs and requirements
* Conduct site visits and assessments to identify potential land opportunities
* Develop and maintain relationships with landowners and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with planning regulations and housebuilding sector constraints

Requirements:

* Proven experience in land acquisition and planning
* Strong understanding of the housebuilding sector and planning consents
* Creative and proactive approach with a self-motivated and self-starter attitude
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
