Adults Learning Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adults Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Recruitment. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
About the Role:- Provide therapeutic care and support to adults with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working closely with the individual and their support network.
- Monitor and record patient conditions, reporting any concerns or changes to the relevant authorities.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a social care setting.
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
- Able to work full-time hours, up to 30 hours per week.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Competitive hourly rate of £13.38, including holiday pay.
