About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at HQ Personnel. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing long-term relationships with our key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and Exceed Sales Targets: You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding agreed sales targets and margin targets, ensuring the growth and profitability of our business.
  • Account Planning and Management: You will create account plans for individual key account customers, identifying opportunities to grow business and develop strong client relationships.
  • Client Relationship Building: You will build and maintain strong client relationships by conducting regular visits, understanding client needs, and providing solutions to improve customer service.
  • Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to ensure client feedback is heard and actioned accordingly, and assist in the development of our brand and corporate image.
  • Business Knowledge and Understanding: You will develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience, plus incentives. Our working hours are 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.00 to 3.30pm Friday. We also offer a range of company benefits.
