ERP Systems Specialist (Dynamics 365 Business Central)

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Systems Specialist to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing and improving our business systems, with a focus on ERP and WMS systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the management and enhancement of the ERP system (Microsoft Business Central) to ensure it meets business needs.
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to manage system upgrades, test new features, and keep everyone informed of changes.
  • Develop and implement a roadmap for business systems, ensuring updates, improvements, and issue resolutions are handled efficiently.
  • Identify opportunities for making operations more efficient and maximizing system functionality.
  • Lead projects focused on automating processes, improving reporting accuracy, and streamlining workflows.
  • Maintain data accuracy, monitor system performance, and collaborate with external partners to resolve any issues.
  • Create user guides and deliver training to support teams across different departments.
Requirements:
  • At least professional hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) in a similar role.
  • A proven ability to manage ERP projects and implement system updates.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to improve business processes through technology.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across different departments and external partners.
  • Experience in a distribution environment is a bonus, but not required.
