About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Radiographer to lead our Diagnostic Imaging team at Spire Healthcare Ltd. As X-Ray Lead Radiographer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of diagnostic imaging capabilities and competencies across the team.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement best practices in imaging, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with modality leads and specialist radiographers to provide expert advice and support on imaging approaches and conclusions.
- Set and monitor standards of diagnostic imaging capabilities, including treatments, and competencies across the team.
- Work across General, Theatre, and Fluoroscopy modalities.
- Agree and deliver targets with the Radiology Manager, ensuring alignment with hospital business plans.

Requirements
- Degree (BSc Hons) or equivalent.
- HCPC Registered.
- 5 years experience within Radiology/CT/MRI.
- Experience leading a team.
- Experience across General, Theatre, and Fluoroscopy modalities.
- Drive to improve service delivery and a commitment to patient care.
- Strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
