About the Company: Origin Legal Ltd is a prominent player in the property sector, operating as a significant freeholder and residential landlord, with diverse interests across the UK and US.
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to provide essential support to the Group Legal Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Legal with legal and administrative tasks.
- Support various legal workstreams, including land acquisitions, disposals, refinancing, and compliance.
- Ensure proper filing and logging of key reports, documents, and agreements in accordance with company standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to facilitate the efficient operation of the legal department.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Paralegal within an in-house legal team.
- Familiarity with property documentation and commercial contracts.
- A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Additional Information: This role is office-based, and candidates should be prepared to commute regularly. The salary is competitive, with additional benefits and bonuses.
