Role Overview:
- Deliver exceptional catering services across the healthcare facility as part of the support services team.
- Collect food and beverage requests from patients, staff, and visitors.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to patients, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the catering department daily, adhering to established standards.
- Possess a thorough understanding of current health and hygiene regulations, ensuring compliance during food preparation and service.
- Provide restaurant and room service in alignment with the minimum standards set by Ramsay Hotel Services.
Work Environment:
Mount Stuart Hospital is recognized as one of the premier private healthcare facilities in Devon, renowned for its commitment to high-quality medical care and services. The hospital features 26 bedrooms, each equipped with en suite facilities to ensure privacy for patients.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate for Catering (if not already obtained, company-funded training will be provided).
- Prior experience in catering is preferred.
- Customer service NVQ or equivalent qualification is desirable.
