Our retail locations operate seven days a week, requiring flexibility from our teams to work weekends and holidays on a scheduled basis.

Beyond fundraising, we engage with local communities and work to minimize waste by reusing clothing and furniture across the UK. With over 700 locations, we significantly reduce environmental impact by diverting approximately 70,000 tonnes of unwanted items from landfills annually. We receive millions of donated items each year and are committed to enhancing our reuse initiatives.
