Job Title: Male Support Worker for Learning Disabilities

Tezloma, a successful agency with a decade of experience in the Health and Social Care sector, is seeking a Male Support Worker for a Residential home in the West Drayton area of Uxbridge.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to individuals with varying abilities and needs.
  • Offer constant care and support to service users with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Mental Health Needs and learning disabilities.
  • A willingness to work with individuals who may exhibit challenging behavior.
  • Commitment to working with adults who may be at risk.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
  • Collaboration as part of a team.
  • Experience in Peg Feeding and administering epilepsy medicine (BUCCALMIDAZOLAM).
  • Expertise in person-centred care for elderly residents in a care home setting.
  • Hands-on experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and regulations.
  • A cleared DBS check and right to work in the UK.
