Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and service audio visual systems, ensuring high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Assemble and configure audio visual equipment, including cabling and labelling, to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  • Deliver client training on the use of installed systems, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of project completion, adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Previous experience as an AV installation engineer or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of audio systems, including design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Ability to work away from home on occasion, with a willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ECS, IPAF, or PASMA certificates.

Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from £27,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with overtime rates. Additionally, you will enjoy a generous holiday package, including 25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays and your birthday off. You will also have the opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 days of annual leave. A Medicash healthcare scheme and death in service compensation of 3X your annual salary will also be included in the package. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided, along with a company van and fuel card to cover expenses.
