About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior M&E Technician to join our team at Arla Westbury. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our fast-paced food manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out reactive, proactive, and servicing activities to maintain critical line equipment
- Utilize CMMS systems and reporting suites to drive projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of maintenance strategies to improve OEE and throughput
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment issues and optimize production processes
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior M&E Technician with a strong background in maintenance and engineering. You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be able to demonstrate your technical expertise in areas such as:
- Maintenance and repair of complex equipment
- CMMS systems and reporting suites
- Continuous improvement and project management
- Collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams
