Role Overview

The Retail Operations Leader will oversee the bustling sales environment, inspiring the sales team to drive revenue and excel in customer service. Given the fast-paced nature of our stores, a passion for thriving in a high-energy retail setting is crucial. This role involves coaching team members to unlock their full sales potential. Daily responsibilities include sharing product knowledge, conducting coaching sessions on the sales floor, and ensuring seamless store operations. Leaders will set personal performance indicators and sales goals to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Floor Management:

Conduct daily team briefings, sharing store performance metrics and motivating the team to exceed these targets. Perform store assessments to understand the importance of commerciality and its impact on visual merchandising. Monitor and analyze store sales performance. Address escalated customer complaints effectively.

Personal Sales:

Meet and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, focusing on upselling and productivity. Foster a strong connection between our brand and customers by providing outstanding service and adapting to individual needs.

Store Operations:

Serve as a key holder, ensuring proper store opening and closing procedures are followed. Manage cash reconciliation and till operations. Assist management with administrative tasks, including recruitment and conducting necessary investigations. Support product deliveries and ensure proper storage in the store. Operate the till system, handling transactions, returns, and escalated issues. Maintain vigilance on the sales floor, adhering to security protocols to ensure safety for both staff and customers.
