Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled Client Services Coordinator to enhance our Operations Administration Team. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid background in customer service administration who are eager to take on new responsibilities within a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process customer orders for various products from initiation to completion.
  • Maintain and update order tracking systems, including Excel spreadsheets and ERP software.
  • Generate purchase orders and liaise with third-party suppliers.
  • Utilize project handover documentation to create new items within the ERP system.
  • Prepare and issue sales orders.
  • Generate works orders in preparation for production activities.
  • Communicate order confirmations to clients.
  • Address and resolve customer discrepancies and returns.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and provide customer service support.
  • Act as the primary contact for incoming office telephone inquiries.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar administrative role is required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a systematic approach to tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional telephone etiquette.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
