Job Description:

We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Senior Architect to join our team in Northampton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, education, and leisure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring that designs meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.
  • Have significant experience post qualification and creative design flare.
  • Manage and lead architectural projects through all stages, from concept design to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure a successful project outcome.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Create high-quality design and technical drawings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience post Part 3 qualification.
  • ARB registered.
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations.
  • Exceptional design, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
  • Revit proficiency is essential.
