About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Lead to join our team at Rubicon Consulting. As a Senior Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of electrical hardware design projects in the Nuclear Sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical hardware design, with experience in designing electrical panels, cabling, and containment systems. You will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineers and technicians.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD Electrical, Microsoft Office Word & Excel, and be able to achieve security clearance to at least SC level, and possibly DV.

As a Senior Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the implementation of electrical hardware design projects
  • Designing electrical panels, cabling, and containment systems
  • Mentoring and developing engineers and technicians
  • Working with production to see the design through to completion
  • Ensuring compliance with related safety and environmental legislation
