About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Practice Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our partners, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to partners, including managing absence calendars, onboarding new starters, and assisting with office risk assessments.
  • Oversee compliance procedures, including reviews and client billing, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with clients via phone and email to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Assist with client matters, including preparing fee proposals, marketing, and onboarding new clients.
  • Support the administration team with document management, archiving, and GDPR compliance.
  • Oversee IT and website support to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience in practice management within a legal or accountancy practice.
  • Ability to travel into the office 5 days a week, 9am-5:30pm.
