Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a vital role in supporting lead teachers in delivering instruction and implementing lesson plans. Your expertise will be invaluable in assisting with classroom management, student supervision, and providing one-on-one and small group support to students who require additional assistance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with lead teachers to develop and implement effective lesson plans and instructional strategies.
  • Assist with classroom setup, preparation, and organization to ensure a productive learning environment.
  • Provide individualized support to students, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure seamless student support and progress tracking.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in education and student support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or coursework in education preferred.
  • Experience working with children in a classroom or childcare setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, flexibility, and a genuine passion for supporting student learning and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, prioritizing student needs and well-being.
