Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Summary:

Centstone is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a contract basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients' physical conditions and movement abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans to improve their movement abilities.
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Administer various therapeutic interventions, such as exercises and modalities, to help patients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on self-management strategies and provide guidance on home exercises to promote continued progress.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and advocate for patients' needs.
  • Documentation and Professional Development: Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Licensure: State licensure, typically obtained by passing the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
  • Clinical Skills: Strong clinical communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Empathy, compassion, and a commitment to ethical practice.
