Job Summary
Yolk Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Multiskilled Engineer to join their team in a world leading manufacturer in the heart of the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex machinery and equipment, ensuring optimal production levels and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough equipment testing, fault finding, and repair to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Identify recurring problems with equipment or machinery and implement corrective procedures through root cause analysis.
- Complete machine installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Perform PLC fault finding, including Siemens S7 and Allen Bradley, to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Minimum of HNC in engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Time-served, apprentice-trained Multiskilled Engineer with a strong background in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Desirable: knowledge of CNC 5/6 axis machinery and experience with similar equipment.
