Are you ready to take the next step in your career with one of Birmingham's top Incentives & Reward teams? This Senior Manager role offers a clear route to Directorship, working with a forward-thinking team that's driving success across listed and private companies in the UK and internationally.
As a key leader, you will navigate the complexities of designing, implementing, and managing share and cash incentive schemes. You'll ensure clients meet their tax, legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements, while helping them create strong and effective incentive structures.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead advisory projects on employee share schemes
- Draft and review advisory and tax valuation reports
- Build and maintain strong client and advisor relationships
- Provide technical expertise to support team members
- Mentor and develop the tax team
What We're Looking For
- CTA or ADIT qualification
- Strong technical tax expertise
- Experience with share schemes
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients
