Role: Transactions Services Assistant Manager

As a key member of our Transactions Services team, you will play a vital role in delivering insightful financial analysis and support to our clients.

Your Responsibilities
  • Technical Expertise: Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and interpret financial information to provide valuable insights to clients, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Due Diligence Support: Contribute to critical due diligence analyses, including quality of earnings assessments, working capital adjustments, and net debt calculations.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare sections of reports in PowerPoint, outlining the financial affairs and prospects of businesses.
  • Client Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of clients' business models, scalability, and potential risks.
  • Risk Management: Gain proficiency in our transaction services risk model and regulatory framework.
  • Financial Modeling: Prepare and interpret financial models using Microsoft Excel.
  • Reporting Accountant Support: Assist with tasks associated with the reporting accountant role for AIM listings.
Client Engagement
  • Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key contacts at clients and target companies.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Regularly communicate with clients to confirm progress, address challenges, and ensure expectations are met.
  • Presentation Skills: Present sections of our analysis or reports directly to clients.
Organizational Excellence
  • Project Management: Oversee the information flow and progress of projects, ensuring efficient completion.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Your Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with a strong understanding of financial principles. You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A background in accounting or finance is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
