About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Merchandiser to join our team at Career Cross Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for promoting our clients' products in-store and ensuring that their promotions are merchandised to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maximize sales exposure for our clients' products by ensuring that in-store promotions are effectively merchandised.
  • To build strong relationships with store staff and management to ensure that our clients' products are displayed prominently and that promotions are executed to plan.
  • To conduct product changeovers and new business store set-ups, including the installation of new promotional equipment.
  • To provide exceptional customer service and support to each and every customer, ensuring that our clients' products are merchandised to a high standard at the point of sale.
  • To maintain accurate records of sales and promotional activity.
Requirements
  • A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with store staff and management.
  • Highly motivated and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use a range of software applications.
