Aramark UK is seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Bolton. This is a permanent and full-time opportunity that will report to our General Manager on site and be responsible for the smooth operation of the restaurant and front-of-house service.

What We Offer:

  • An hourly rate of £12.50
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
  • Shifts ranging between 7am – 3pm

A Day in the Life:

  • Supervising the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
  • Daily briefs and quality control checks
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards
  • Overseeing the setup of catering areas
  • Supporting the hospitality team on events
  • Receiving and addressing customer complaints
  • Managing and controlling purchasing for retail and vending
  • Organizing monthly stock counts and conducting brand standard audits
  • Recruiting and retaining team members
  • Identifying and supporting team members for career development
  • Training new team members on procedures and brand standards
  • Providing excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably as a supervisor or team leader
  • Customer service-focused and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • A strong team player with a can-do attitude
