Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a lovely school in Marlow. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their learning, both within and outside of the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their learning, including small group work and one-to-one support
  • Assist the class teacher with lesson management and setup
  • Take pupils outside of the classroom for learning activities
  • Support pupils with specific SEN, such as Autism, ADHD, or mobility needs
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with children or in a school setting
  • Good knowledge of SEN or a passion to develop
  • Able to manage challenging behaviour
  • Able to commit to working fixed days, full or part-time
  • Clear and valid DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
