Aircraft Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Licensed Aircraft Engineer to join our team at Draken Europe. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our aircraft fleet.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the maintenance of aircraft and aircraft equipment, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulations and company procedures.
- Supervise technical staff, providing guidance and feedback to ensure they are working safely and effectively.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of all aircraft documentation, including maintenance records and reports.
- Review team performance and provide feedback to the Chief Engineer, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer and stakeholder relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements related to aircraft maintenance, ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in an aircraft maintenance environment.
