About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Order Support Coordinator to join our team at Daikin. As a Sales Order Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in processing and maintaining customer orders in a timely and accurate manner throughout the order's lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and maintain a high number of orders in SAP to meet customer delivery deadlines.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm orders, delivery dates, and information needed for the effective progress of orders.
  • Maintain and exceed customer expectations with a high-quality response to all customer inquiries with an aim to finding solutions.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, service, and timescale.
Requirements
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and emails along with processing a high number of sales orders.
  • Previous relevant experience working in Order Processing is essential.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.
  • Resilience, problem-solving, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
