About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tech Lead to join our dynamic team at iRecruit Partners Ltd. The Tech Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our OOH (Out of Home) technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and maintenance of our OOH technology platforms.
  • Design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performance systems.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee and participate in the coding, testing, and deployment of applications.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform functionality.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
  • Mentor and guide more junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platforms at the forefront of innovation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a tech lead or senior developer in the OOH advertising technology space, with some experience of solution architecture.
  • Strong proficiency in cloud-friendly programming languages such as Python or ; exposure to PHP.
  • Strong database skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with the advertising technology industry and digital media ecosystems.
