Job Description

Job Title: Regional Product Trainer - LG AV

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Product Trainer to join our team at Retail Marketing Group. As a Regional Product Trainer, you will be responsible for increasing LG AV's brand presence and product sell-out in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective training programs to build brand advocacy and product knowledge among in-store sales ambassadors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national retailers and independent stores to promote and support their retail objectives.
  • Coach and mentor in-store LG sales ambassadors to ensure success against LG's objectives.
  • Plan and execute in-store merchandising and compliance initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.
  • Provide regular training and support to in-store sales ambassadors to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with the LG team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in product training, field marketing, and retail knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to cope with changing priorities.
  • Decisive analytical skills and the ability to make considered choices based on data.
