Social Media Executive

My client, a well-established firm, is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Executive to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing the online presence and brand reputation of the company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing published content across various social media platforms and the company website. This will involve engaging with the online community, driving growth, customer loyalty, and implementing strategies to increase the reach and impact of social media efforts.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence.
- Plan, create, and curate engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, suggesting improvements to optimize social media efforts.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews to maintain a positive online reputation.
- Support the digital marketing team with additional incoming marketing requests and stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Handle social media advertising and sponsored posts to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or in a related field.
- Word Press web building experience and hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Knowledge of online marketing channels, experience with Photoshop, and strong analytical and multitasking skills.
- Experience with graphic design, knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics, and ability to manage social media advertising budgets.
- Passion for social media trends and digital marketing, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
