We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team as a Multi Store Hearing Aid Audiologist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, conducting comprehensive hearing assessments, and providing expert advice on hearing care solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide informed, confident, and supportive assistance to customers throughout their hearing care journey.
- Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend solutions from our full product portfolio.
- Maintain precise clinical records and achieve targets for appointment activity and sales.
- Champion hearing care and generate in-store demand for our products.
- Fulfill personal development and CPD requirements to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
- Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
- 2+ years post-qualification experience.
- Consistent clinical audit results.
- Completion of CPD requirements.
- Achievement of commercial targets.
