Job Title: Compliance and Health and Safety Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading organisation to find an experienced HSE Manager for their West Yorkshire manufacturing site.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Senior Management Team and be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environment policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review and develop health, safety, and environment policies and procedures.
  2. Monitor and evaluate existing and new legislation to ensure compliance.
  3. Work with managers to establish a continuous improvement program in health, safety, and environment.
  4. Stay up-to-date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of HSE regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in HSE within a manufacturing environment.
  2. NEBOSH Certificate or Diploma.
