Job Summary

We are looking for a talented IT professional with a strong background in technical support and infrastructure management. As a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our clients, resolving complex issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support to clients via phone, email, and on-site visits.
  • Resolve complex technical issues, including network, server, and wireless connectivity problems.
  • Collaborate with the 1st Line Support Team to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution.
  • Conduct site visits to cover issue resolution, hardware installation, and cabling.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the highest level of technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Excellent technical skills, including networking, server support, and wireless technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • ITIL certification or exposure to ITIL best practices.
