We're seeking a visionary leader to join our team as Assistant Director of Equity and Justice. As a key member of our Community Partnerships Unit, you'll play a crucial role in driving change and promoting social justice across our borough.

Your Key Responsibilities

As Assistant Director of Equity and Justice, you'll be responsible for leading our efforts to tackle racism and discrimination, working closely with colleagues and partners across the Council and the borough. You'll develop and deliver key programmes that have a tangible impact on changing experiences and outcomes for our residents and workforce.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone with a proven track record of creating change and improving outcomes at scale. You'll have a deep understanding of equity and justice, as well as experience of working in partnership and across organisational boundaries. Your knowledge of the issues facing a diverse borough like Lambeth will be second to none, and you'll be able to inspire and motivate our team to deliver high-quality results.
