Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineering Lead to join our team and take the lead on different modules of a groundbreaking product. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of robotic manufacturing systems, ranging from small precision electromechanical devices to large-scale factory automation modules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robotic manufacturing systems, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and scientists to develop and implement new technologies and solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in mechanical engineering and robotics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related field, preferably in the Life Science industry.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
