Position Overview:
Retrack Personnel Holdings Limited is seeking a skilled Senior Building Envelope Engineer to enhance our team. This role focuses on the intricate design and drafting of commercial building facades, including roofing, cladding, and rainscreen systems.

Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our team, you will:
  • Lead projects from the initial design phase through to construction, collaborating closely with architects and contractors.
  • Supervise junior team members on larger projects, ensuring quality and adherence to design specifications.

Essential Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Proven experience with AutoCAD.
  • Expertise in Building Envelope design, specifically in Roofing, Cladding, and Rainscreen systems.
  • Familiarity with Revit is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of BIM and ISO19650 standards is a plus.
  • Experience in COBie Data Management is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently or in a previous capacity.
  • Current involvement in the construction sector.
  • Solidworks experience is a plus.
  • Strong command of the English language.

Work Environment:
