About the Role

Your role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
• Delivering customer shopping trips by carrying out clean as you go routines and keeping aisles clear of congestion.
• Working in a clean, tidy, and organized manner, taking equipment out of use when necessary, and following the warehouse/storage plan.
• Regularly replenishing products, prioritizing those that matter most to our customers, and ensuring trays used for picking are clean.

What You'll Need
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to create a positive team spirit, working together to achieve excellent customer service.
• Provide warm and welcoming interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand their needs and preferences.
• Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs, embracing change, and delivering beyond expectations.
