About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Midwife to join our Governance team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our Maternity services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate audits related to Maternity services, including MIS, Saving Babies Lives, and the Three-Year Delivery Plan.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve governance and quality in Maternity services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on governance and quality matters to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to Maternity services.
- Registered Midwife with a strong background in governance and quality improvement.
- Proven experience in leading audits and implementing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
