Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Designer to join our team. As a Learning Designer, you will play a critical role in designing high-quality, engaging, and innovative blended learning programs for our core products and bespoke courses for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Build strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gain in-depth understanding of course content, learning objectives, and learners' skills and knowledge requirements.
- Design Engaging Learning Programs: Collaborate with SMEs to design high-quality, engaging, and innovative blended learning programs that meet the needs of our clients and learners.
- Develop Online Learning Content: Design online learning content, live events, and workplace application activities and assessments that blend seamlessly together.
- Storyboard and Script Learning Content: Storyboard and script pedagogical learning content and assets by applying instructional/learning design principles.
- Update and Maintain Course Documentation: Update and maintain course and content documentation, ensuring that it is accurate, version controlled, and quality assured.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work collaboratively and iteratively in Sprint teams with other Learning Designers, Creative Producers, Video Producers, and Graphic Designers.
About You
We are looking for a candidate who can build working relationships and rapport quickly, even through remote intervention. You should possess an interest in learning technologies, innovative learning approaches, and modern training techniques, with a willingness to share knowledge with other team members. You will also receive specialist coaching and support from your education leaders.
