We are in search of a highly driven senior fundraiser to take on the role of Director of Philanthropic Partnerships. You will oversee the entire portfolio while managing the Trust and Foundation Manager, collaborating as a cohesive unit to cultivate strong relationships and secure significant philanthropic contributions to achieve our ambitious objectives.
The University of Bath stands as a prominent institution, recognized nationally and internationally, consistently ranking among the top 10 in major league tables. The Advancement Office is instrumental in maintaining our esteemed reputation through strategic philanthropic support and partnerships.
As an integral member of the Philanthropy Team, you will manage a diverse pool of trusts and foundations capable of providing five-, six-, and seven-figure donations for various initiatives, including student scholarships and philanthropic research.
Your background is likely rooted in higher education or the non-profit sector, ideally with a proven track record in revenue generation. You must excel under pressure in a complex, multi-national, and culturally diverse environment.
In your capacity as Director of Philanthropic Partnerships, you will demonstrate a history of success in crafting compelling proposals, nurturing relationships, and securing significant philanthropic gifts. With confidence and credibility, you will possess the skills to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward trusts and foundations on both national and international levels.
