Job Purpose:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to join Radius. This role will be supporting the Chief Financial Officer and the Group General Counsel and Company Secretary. With working hours of Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel, visas, and accommodation and, occasionally, travel with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
  • Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, and handle them when appropriate.
  • Organise and maintain diaries and make appointments.
  • Deal with incoming mail and correspondence, often corresponding on behalf of the Director.
  • Carry out background research and present findings.
  • Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the Radius Group Presentation for stakeholders, which includes updating financial & business metrics.
  • Organise internal and external meetings and conferences, liaise with all participants in a professional and timely manner, and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings. Organise venues and working lunches as required.
  • Handle all confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality throughout.
  • Monitor expenses, requisitions, and invoices.
  • Maintain corporate branded organisation charts across the Group, liaise with HR monthly to maintain current information.
  • Maintain a list of legal priorities for all areas of the business, attend weekly/monthly update meetings, and update the actions as required.
  • Maintain a monthly record of the Group CFO and Group General Counsel's business travel, calculating mileage for expense purposes.
  • Review and approve annual leave requests.
  • Process approvals in various systems at the direction of Group CFO / Group General Counsel.
  • Support the General Counsel and broader company secretarial team on company secretarial/governance activity.
  • Support the business and legal team access to and use of Summize, the Radius contract database.
  • Manage and invoice on behalf of the Group General Counsel's functional areas, including the onboarding of new suppliers.

What We Expect:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience of diary management and travel planning.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal/written).
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience of working at an Executive Team level is preferable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of office and administrative procedures and processes.
  • Ability to draft clear and focused emails, letters, and reports.
  • Be highly self-motivated.
  • Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Extremely well organised and ability to manage a complex and changing workload.
  • Ability to demonstrate flexibility and resilience.
