We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our new pub kitchen venture. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a unique dining experience for our guests, showcasing the best of Cornish cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that reflect the Cornish brand and showcase local ingredients
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, staff management, and food safety
  • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Train and develop staff to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new menu ideas and specials
