We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Specialist for a well-established engineering firm that has been recognized for its commitment to customer satisfaction and efficiency in delivering intricate, quality-critical precision machined components and associated assemblies.

The Client Relations Specialist will serve as the main liaison between the client and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and nurture customer accounts comprehensively.
  • Monitor and enhance customer expectations regarding On-Time Delivery, Quality, and Costs, ensuring appropriate KPIs are established to evaluate performance.
  • Utilize performance data to instigate changes and improvements.
  • Identify potential delays proactively and communicate any risks to the client at the earliest opportunity.
  • Facilitate communication across various levels and coordinate with relevant departments.
  • Participate actively in daily production meetings to ensure timely completion and delivery of components.
  • Manage the creation and oversight of purchase orders and parts at treatment facilities.
  • Oversee logistics operations within the company.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Aerospace or Engineering sectors is essential.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly with Excel and manufacturing systems such as MRP/SAP.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a solid understanding of business principles.
Working Hours:
39 hours per week; Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 7:30am - 12:30pm.
Compensation:
Up to £40,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
