Senior Administrator / Project Coordinator Opportunity

A leading UK construction firm, Progroup Recruitment Limited, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrator / Project Coordinator to support their contract managers and internal trades staff on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to contract managers and internal trades staff
  2. Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  3. Develop and maintain reports, using data to inform business decisions
  4. Place orders with suppliers, ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement
  5. Utilize Microsoft Office to manage email queries, diaries, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
  1. Strong background in administration within the construction sector, preferably in social housing maintenance
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  3. Experience with diary management, report development, and procurement processes
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including email management and data analysis
