Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Bangor, Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, working closely with the care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain high standards of care and safety within the home
  • Adhere to the home's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Oversee the care and ancillary staff, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe and efficient patient care
  • Administer medications and treatments according to care plans, ensuring proper dosage and timing
  • Monitor vital signs regularly, conducting health assessments to evaluate residents' well-being
Requirements
  • NMC Registered
  • Previous experience within a similar role
