Counter Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Counter Manager to join our team at Benefit Cosmetics UK. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of Brow and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Brow and Beauty Advisors to achieve sales targets and provide high-quality customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
- Ensure that the counter is stocked and merchandised to the highest standard at all times.
- Provide training and coaching to Brow and Beauty Advisors to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Ensure that the counter is maintained to the highest standard of hygiene and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a retail sales management role, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team of sales advisors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of beauty products and services.
