Proman, a rapidly growing company in the 3rd party logistics industry, is seeking a full-time Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join their team. The company specializes in order fulfillment for various industries, including Fashion Apparel & Accessories, Homeware, Beauty Products, and more, serving customers internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate order picking and packing processes
  • Locate and retrieve items from shelves and pick locations based on quantity, size, color, and other specifications
  • Operate handheld scanners and other equipment
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure accurate labeling
  • Palletize and shrink wrap items
  • Process returns and re-bag goods
  • Pack finished goods to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in high-volume order picking and packing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Excel
  • Physical fitness to perform the role
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Working Hours and Benefits:

  • Monday – Friday, 08:00-16:30
