About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator for the Structures Portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a range of projects across Network Rail's Southern Route, including new and replacement bridges, access for all, structural refurbishments, and retaining structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of multiple projects within the Structures portfolio
  • Work closely with project managers and engineers to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Coordinate and manage project documentation, including work package plans and task briefing sheets
  • Implement safe systems of work and ensure compliance with CDM regulations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and mitigate risks, and develop solutions to complex problems
Requirements
  • Proven experience working on civils/structures projects, ideally in a rail environment
  • Strong technical and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and safety protocols
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
