We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands Bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring the team is operating smoothly, and promoting sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote sales and increase profitability
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and store cleanliness
